All praise is due to Allah, the One who “taught man what he did not know”, and may peace and blessings be on the Imam (leader) of all teachers, our master, prophet Muhammad, and all his family and companions.
The Undersecretary For General Affairs Office at Alrefak University exercises its functions and supervises the job performance of its executive departments, directing them to ensure the effectiveness of their job performance, efficiency, and quality of their public and technical services represented in the operation and maintenance of networks, engineering systems, and their equipment in order to create an attractive and safe learning environment that enhances the effectiveness of the academic programs at the university and enables students to acquire knowledge and master the various skills required by the labor market.
Administrative and Financial Affairs Office
In this regard, the Office of the Undersecretary of Genral Affairs devotes the majority of its attention to providing all material resources such as operational materials, tools, and equipment, as well as attracting distinguished human elements with high competencies from various disciplines and employing them to contribute to and improve the provision of educational services.
Accordingly, the Office is always exploring ways to enhance the performance of university members by providing them with the skills and competencies they need to perform their jobs well and in accordance with development plans and labor market demands. This is done by supervising the development of plans, training programs, and workshops.
Finally, we cannot thank the Board of Trustees and the Chancellor enough for their unending support and guidance, which always pushes us to achieve the highest standards of quality in teaching and learning with the goal of producing competitive educational outcomes that are in line with Libya's overall development plans.
